RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, PRÍ PEAR™ has a limited returns policy for skincare products.

RETURNS

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request assistance:

  • Email orderssa@pripear.com

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue

Each case is reviewed individually. Where an issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

ALLERGIES & PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. PRÍ PEAR™ cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
