By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
Safety & Allergy Information
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with PRÍ PEAR™ products, please follow these guidelines:
Our products are made with oils derived from natural seeds and fruits. If you have allergies, carefully review the product label before use.
Perform a patch test before use, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.In rare cases, naturally derived ingredients may cause sensitivity. Should this happen, stop use and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. For medical concerns, please consult your healthcare professional.
Avoid using products on open wounds or as a substitute for prescribed medical treatments.
Keep out of reach of children.
If pregnant, breastfeeding, or unsure about allergies, consult a healthcare professional before use.
All PRÍ PEAR™ products are for external use only.
Sales, Promotions & Coupons
PRÍ PEAR™ may offer discounts, promotions, or coupon codes from time to time.
Please note the following terms apply to all sales and coupons:
Coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers. Only one coupon may be used per order.
Coupons do not apply to sale items or already discounted products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout; they cannot be applied afterwards.
PRÍ PEAR™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue any sale or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Delivery
We process orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Delays due to events beyond our control (force majeure) are not our responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
At PRÍ PEAR™, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, we are here to assist. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery by following these steps:

Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any issue encountered.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide a suitable resolution.
Privacy & Data
Your information is only used for processing your order and for marketing if you opted in.

Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and content belong to PRÍ PEAR™. You may not use them without permission.
Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or special damages, including lost profits.

Terms & Conditions for Raw Ingredients Buyers
Supplier: PRÍ PEAR™ Skincare (Pty) Ltd
Effective Date: 1 August 2025
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by PRÍ PEAR™.
Availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are invoiced in ZAR, EUR, or USD as agreed.
Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Delayed payment may result in postponed delivery or order cancellation.
3. Delivery & Risk
Delivery dates are estimates; PRÍ PEAR™ is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk passes to the Buyer upon dispatch.
Buyers are responsible for shipping, customs, and import duties.
4. Quality & Documentation
All ingredients are supplied with a Buyer’s Pack, which includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and usage guidance.
Our CoA covers standard quality and composition parameters as part of routine testing.
If specific or additional analyses are required, these must be requested in writing and agreed upon in advance. Please note that custom or extended testing is only available for orders exceeding 5 litres.
Ingredients are intended for cosmetic formulation only.
The Buyer is responsible for testing, compliance, and suitability in their finished products.
5. Liability
PRÍ PEAR™’s liability is limited to the purchase price of supplied goods.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, formulas, images, and documentation remain the property of PRÍ PEAR™.
Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless agreed in writing.
Perishable ingredients cannot be returned once dispatched, except in cases of verified defect or error.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.

Terms & Conditions for Private Label Clients
These Terms & Conditions govern all private or white-labelled products, raw materials, packaging, and design services provided by PRÍ PEAR™ Skincare (Pty) Ltd (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work
The Supplier provides raw materials, finished products, bottles, packaging, and label design.
If the Client provides bottles, a labour/cleaning fee may apply to prepare them for filling.
All specifications, including product formulation, labels, and packaging, must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Any changes to specifications after approval may incur additional charges.
2. Artwork, Labels & Design Approval
The Supplier provides proofs for labels, artwork, and packaging for Client approval.
Written approval (including email) is required before production.
Once approved, the Client assumes full responsibility for final output.
Clients cannot refuse payment or reject goods based on dissatisfaction with approved designs.
Reprints or changes requested after approval are charged to the Client.
3. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
Full payment is due according to invoice terms before delivery.
Late payments attract interest at [Prime + 2%] per month.
4. Quality & Liability
Products supplied will meet agreed specifications at delivery.
Liability for defective goods is limited to replacement or credit at the Supplier’s discretion.
The Supplier is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit.
The Supplier is not liable for dissatisfaction with approved artwork, labels, or packaging.
5. Intellectual Property
The Supplier retains ownership of formulations, processes, and artwork until full payment is received.
The Client warrants any supplied text, logos, or images do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties must keep commercially sensitive and proprietary information confidential.
7. Cancellation & Scope Changes
Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes to orders after approval constitute a new order and may incur additional charges.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
South African law governs these Terms.
Disputes will first be negotiated; if unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration in Cape Town under AFSA rules.
